Denise Austin - Fit Forever


If you have ever purchased fitness video's there is a good chance you have been introduced to Denise Austin. If you haven’t, Denise Austin is a veteran and guru of fitness videos. She is the star of a long list of DVDs, videos, books, and she even has her own line of fitness equipment. Denise believes in a sensible and realistic approach to fitness and eating; she works out only 30 minutes per day and never skips a regular meal. If you’ve ever watched one of her DVDs, videos, or books you cant help but feel as if she is there cheering you on personally. She is gratified by the fact that she makes a difference in people’s lives and inspires them to feel better about themselves.

Fit Forever

The Fit Forever program starts with a free fitness success plan. You input your name, weight, goal weight, and you will be given a basic outline of what your program will be. The program consists of 3 elements – fitness and exercise, diet plans, and daily motivation.

The Diet Plan

Denise Austin’s weight loss program will recommend a calorie controlled diet. After testing and researching the program there seem to be only 3 options to choose from; 1400 calories, 1600 calories, and 1800 calories per day. You are allowed to change this amount at any time. The plan doesn’t seem as if it offers nutrient options, there are now low carb or high on anything areas covered. It’s just a general balanced diet with a calorie limit attached. The program provides daily meal plans along with recipes for every day of the program. There have been some complaints that after about the 6th week of the program the meal plans begin to repeat themselves, we investigated this claim and have not been able to verify as of yet. Remember, the meal plans this program provides are samples, meaning they are not mandatory and can be used just to get ideas of what you should be eating.

Denise Austin Fitness

This is probably the strongest aspect of the entire program with a basic, intermediate, and advanced, and you can customize it for the area of the body you want to hit. All of the workouts are from the best of Denise Austin’s many fitness videos; with complete instruction, pictures, and videos. An example of a Denise Austin workout could look something like 5-10 minute warm up, 30-50 minutes of cardio, and 15 minutes toning that includes a huge combination of different resistance exercises. If at anytime you find yourself tired of your current routine go back to the site and start a new regiment. There is a ton of information.

The set up isn’t anything unlike any other online program. It comes with a weight tracker, journals and a daily motivational message from Denise Austin. There are also four active discussion boards for you to ask questions, make comments, and address any concerns you may have. The point really is to be active in the community and motivate each other to reach your long term goals in health and weight loss. The price of this program works out to $3 per week and in my opinion is more then acceptable for what you get.

Also know that if for any reason you feel you no longer want to be apart of this program you have the right to cancellation at anytime. This plan is highly recommended for those who are looking to exercise their way to fitness. If you like cardio workouts or have always wanted to start one then this is probably the diet plan you were looking for.
